Absolutely. But it would erase the drive and all I have are 1TB flash drives. No where to move the files so I bought another one.

Folks have been using backing tracks for decades. The problem is folks confuse backing tracks with full-on lip-syncing. There's a huge difference. One is a pre-recorded track to accentuate, like having an orchestral part. The other is just a scam. One nobody minds (like you can't haul a symphony orchestra on stage) but the other should be called out. Or, in other words. Nobody has ever had an issue with Kiss doing Beth live in concert, though its been since day one Peter Criss singing to backing tracks. Folks do have a problem with a band completely lip syncing like Vince Neil.
@CoverBandConfidentialКүн бұрын
Point of order, Vince Neil may be the ONLY person doing it live on stage with Motley Crue (if he was lip syncing you 'd think they'd pick a better version) but Paul Stanley was DEFINITELY lip syncing on the end of the road tour...

Can you control this with an X touch?
@CoverBandConfidential2 күн бұрын
According to Behringer, this is a planned feature add but they haven't provided a timeline for it to be implemented.
@junejhunkie2 күн бұрын
@ thanks for the reply. I saw DcSoundOp saying there’s a way to take the tilting screen off DIY. With that and an Xtouch you got yourself a wing rack compact frankenstein monster rig.
@winulff708214 сағат бұрын
You can control the wing rack with X touch if you go through mixing station. But it does not have native implementation yet

Hi! Please give me the factory firmware for the Wing Rack. Version 2.x. Is needed to update the external Dante card. On 3.x, it does not work in the Dante controller. You can download it by USB cable.
@CoverBandConfidential3 күн бұрын
You can download it from Behringer's website.
@АлексейСаундов3 күн бұрын
@CoverBandConfidential The necessary firmware is missing on the official website of Behringer. Files from the full version are not suitable for the rack mixer.

I definitely can, but I'd suggest reaching out to Maestro support. They have open "office hours" every week where they can walk you through the process. That was how I got my Amazon movers to work.

We started out with planned transitions. Even playing tv and movie clips between songs. But after a while the singers got pretty good at banter. And they learned when we need to change tunings or setup pedals, and when we can go right into the next one

Great discussion! This is a frequent topic for us. Often we wind up in the third set with people dancing who weren't dancing in the first two sets, and we're calling audibles, which can work well, but the time between songs as we're doing that is often too long. We're working on it.

Great discussion! Our band had gone different ways with this over the three years we've been around. We usually play four hour shows and started out taking very short set breaks - two breaks of 5-10 minutes - in the hopes to not lose the momentum and lose people. But over time we realized that walking around talking to people we do and don't know helps to retain people, even if the set breaks are longer.
@CoverBandConfidential13 күн бұрын
It sounds like you've found a great balance!
@laterskater-90salternative6212 күн бұрын
@@CoverBandConfidential In general, yes. We're always working on what will bring the most people to shows, and what will retain them as long as possible. When we see people come before a show, stay for four hours watching us, and leave after it's over, we know we did something right.

Musicals and plays often have an intermission. The best films for a great theater experience are generally between 90-120 minutes.

Go to a piano store and see when a decent piano costs. 10k is barely scratching the surface. The electronic stuff is more than good enough but it’ll never beat a natural resonating wood and metal music instrument. It is crazy expensive though.

Sorry to hear about the issues with the Quad Cortex on gig day. I feel like there's a bit of an open secret that thing is a bit of a ticking time bomb, Jon Cordy made an appearance on The Guitar Hour recently and alluded as much: kzbin.infoflRougrvE2w?si=H7gZAr5n2TAmmTvd&t=4073. I've only used the plugins, but I'm convinced that company is all marketing and you're far better off with Line6, Fractal, or Kemper.
@davidmeatty592220 күн бұрын
Wow. Dan, buddy. Showing up to a gig without a backup rig? Shame.. LOL!😂. Full disclosure, I'm an IT infrastructure guy so redundancy is in my DNA. Maybe literally, I've never been tested. I run a Helix LT as my main rig. I carry an HX Stomp XL as a backup and have gone to the extent of creating presets to mirror, mostly, what I have in the LT. Both get managed over MIDI out of BandHelper so it's seamless if I have to go to it. Then, ok, maybe there IS something wrong with me, I have a Tech 21 SansAmp as a backup to the backup. Yeah, pretty sure there's some trust issues I need to unpack......
