My gearbox mixed oil with coolant, it was replaced. Does it need to be coded or not because it is still not driving. We clear the codes then it will drive for few kms.... Then go on limp mode again, please help

I've just done this job today....man, if I'd have known the injector plug could give access to the middle two plugs, I'd have had a much easier job....I took off the intake manifold to get access. Nightmare. Fiddly as heck.

Don't change it until you have thoroughly cleaned and tested the original. Clean the plastic housing until the silicone insert is white (you won't know it's white until you wash it with soap and water), use a dry toothbrush and then some spirit and cotton swabs on the fan, and then spray out the motor with contact cleaner or electrical board cleaner until the soot is gone and the copper contacts are clean. The original motor (Bosch) is a wonderful piece, but it gets dirty. It's in use 95% of the time. It's very easy to disassemble. A compressor or canned air will really help blow out the soot. Unless it's fried, you'll get another 10 or 15 years out of it until it needs another cleaning. Most original Mercedes electrical components are repairable at home.

I think this is wrong way to install it here because this oil separator cover let air goes inside the engine so you have to install it on the oil separator ( front left head engine ) that the PCV valve and separate oil , if this locked the cover in the rear of the engine become make the air goes out to the elbow so the engine oil become burned.
