Love that comment about not usually measuring, my late mom said that whenever I tried to get exact measurements. 🙂

So is regular bread, this is SO much better in taste and texture! As many uses as regular bread. Lot easier to make than yeast bread. I use to make Banic when my kids were growing up. If I didn’t have to go off carbs I’d still be making. It’s a bit different, and done in the oven, we used all the time. This bread is fried, and an delightful occasional treat, when I’m occasionally on carbs for myself.

People forget to wet their hands... It's sticky! The mixture clings to your hands.. It's messy & a chore to remember!!

My mother used to make homemade bread. She would always make certain she had extra dough and would fry it in shortening and immediately salt it as it drained on paper towels. It was not Navajo Fry Bread, but the next best thing. You did a great tutorial, and now I want some ! Delicious, yum... pass the salt please?

Yes, in real cookers do, especially if they can't hear it very well due to hearing loss. Oh well. I know my cousin will like this and she'll help.
