In my opinion, I wouldn't pit too much importance on his use of the word "raid" vs "subpoena", because these are technical terms and the exact meaning of/ difference between them might not be clear ro everyone. Also, I actually wouldn't be aware if what means I would have handing over evidence to the police anonymously if I don't want to use anyone else. So I would not put too much importance on these two things
