We are 2 different applicants. Ir1 and Ir2. Wife and son of a U.S. Citizen. When I did my (wife), it said Interview Waiver and just directed to VAC schedule appointment and wasn't asked for a schedule for the interview on the U.S. Embassy. We already have our schedule assigned by the NVC. But when I did my son's, I was directed to do both the VAC and the U.S. Embassy scheduling appointment. The problem is, the assigned date given to us by the NVC was no longer available on the U.S. Embassy scheduling page. Our schedule given by the NVC was 25th of November and since there's no available slot on the U.S. Embassy, I assumed that I just need to select another date. Since the closest was the 27th, I selected that. But a representative from the company we asked for help from told me that that was wrong and advised me to cancel the appointment. So I did. And then, when I tried to reschedule my son's application, November was full already. Available slots to fill is on 2nd or 3rd week of December only. Please help us. What do we need to do?

I applied for my mother's US visa and paid online using a credit card, however, after payment and trying to claim receipt, it is not allowing me to book an appointment for both the VAC and interview. I noticed that on the page where I can claim the payment no receipt number and date of payment were indicated. Does this mean I have to wait first for the transaction to go through my bank and once that happened both of these fields will be filled out? and only then can I claim a receipt? thanks

The new scheduling system is NOT better than the old one. Ive been trying to get an appointment for a week already. but im stuck with calender, after I select the manila office the calendar just loading... and loading loading up until this very moment. But in this video the calendar load fast. I hope in reality also. The old is much user friendly and super fast. So disappointed! I even accidentally cancel my schedule because of the new system is not user friendly. But if they did not ask to also make an account to the new system my interview is on november 5 already!
