Hey Larry. Sorry for the delay. Accent is in its final phase at Layton Forest. I took this video of the model two years ago. Accent has one Hickory under contract right now that is five bedrooms, three and a half baths and is listed at 3210 sf. The list price was $496,805. We will know the final sales price after it closes. In the last six months three Hickorys are listed on the MLS as closed. (builders don't always put every home they sell on the MLS) All of them closed at list price exactly with between 12k and 15k in seller concessions and all of them were in the really high 400ks. (Seller concessions are when a builder kicks in money for whatever. Closing costs, buying down the rate, any other fees, etc.) It looks like they did this on all of the homes they listed as sold in the six month period. (One sold for over list.) No Hickorys are currently listed for sale. There is one Poplar plan that available now that is listed at $364,045. Three bedroom, two and a half baths and 1796sf. Again, sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

Hey AB, I appreciate you reaching out. York SC is not near the coast. We get some pretty bad thunder-boomers but hurricanes are not something we worry about. (unless we have family and friends on the coast) All homes whether built by True Homes or any builder do have standards they have to meet. Most of the building superintendents I have worked with take great pride in putting out a product that will last. The homes are close together. That is a reality we have been adjusting to for quite a few years now. As long as people buy them that way nothing will change. And it's not going to change. Anywhere close to Charlotte is fair game. If you told me 10 years ago that York SC would have 4+ builders with numerous communities I would have said you were crazy. Hope that answers your questions.
