I honestly think Winner will be the one out next CloudYAY elimination. They haven't done anything very memorable as of late, and is probably the CloudYAY member with the least involvement in the whole Pencil thing that went on in TPOT 15. And seeing that TPOT 16 wouldn't be that big of an episode, due to a pattern building up between episodes (TPOT 14 wasn't as good as TPOT 13, TPOT 12 wasn't as good as TPOT 11 by many people.) I think that Winner will definitely be eliminated next.
