No, I don't think so; just a bunch of local runners in Addis Ababa

I thought I saw Dibaba too. Then I realized it’s a similar looking pretty petite girl.

The man in the orange shirt to the right at around 1:08 is having the time of his life! I love his energy there!

+Jessica Bickley He was a happy guy and really into it. I liked the guy in the hat and blue singlet a few people to this guy's right. He was a real cool dude but not so much into giving his all!

They are training the fascial network in their body to be more elastic which benefits their running. All ancestral cultures have a form of dance/movement patterns design to keep the body supple

Furthermore when you get into a rhythm, a few hours can breeze by in a trance like state, I've experienced this myself. You're working out without realising

and the rest of the world still thinks that the Kenyans and Etheopians have a genetic advantage for running. It's called hard work, determination and discipline folks!
@DavidHellard6 жыл бұрын
great comment, no other runners from any other country in the world work hard and this video of people unrelated to any known Kenyan champions proves it!
@gold4uganda9906 жыл бұрын
Still runners are born.

Same applies to jamaica, the sprinting nation is only bcz they work so hard!

It's like saying Saudi Arabia has plenty of oil because they work hard in digging the ground. In economics, it's called "competitive advantage" - a condition or circumstance that puts a company/country in a favorable or superior position. The right circumstance has to be there - training hard is just one component.

Am Kenyan, I run almost everyday, totally disciplined but all my efforts have never made me an athlete. It's in the gene, and only in certain community/tribe of Kenya, not whole country.
