There's more here than the performers' experiences. It's like a parable: if you give up your freedom, autonomy, etc., little by little, you risk losing everything. Here, it's presented as the slide from acquiescing to a blindfold, then to constraints, leads to the situation where others have control even over the air you breathe. Think about it.

When we watch this, we don't see labor exploitation as much as we see performers and wonder how difficult it was for them. Obviously they've practiced, and if not a "comfortable" role, they understand and accept what it requires. So, what was it like? To me this is a great form of Bondage Art. Or Art of Bondage. Trust is instilled and most of my friends including me would have jumped at the chance. However I think you have to be a certain height. Performance art at its best! Great artist.
