No it isn’t a trauma response. Some people have preferences- evidence all the people living in cabins in the woods The therapist just can’t wrap her head around the fact some people prefer different things than she does. Give me the woods in quiet snowy winter with fox tracks and deer tracks on my driveway in the morning, over your crowded pavements, personal dramas, and traffic noise any. And. All. day.

or put in a warm place like your oven on proof mode or if u dont have proof mode in the oven with the light on. I usually don't need to do this bc my 1 month old starter is already super active and expands really fast.

How fun! A teeny tip, my aunt had horses when I was a kid, and she taught us to always give treats from a flat hand, that way the horse doesn’t accidentally get your finger with the apple 😅 I give my cats treats flat handed too and it works well for that too
