Yo! Thanks for playing, just wanted to say I've been working on fixing up low bounces (they're an intended mechanic, it's just hard to find a balance between keeping them as is and making them not mess up a lot of people's runs), and that you can press L to hold out the spear instead of down, which I probably should've had in the tutorial prompt, but uh, oops. Glad to see you enjoyed it though! I'm still working hard on making it the best it can be!
@FragginGamin28 күн бұрын
Thank you so much for watching and thank you for making such a nice, fun, and charming little game! I can imagine finding the balance to the bounces being quite a challenge, but I know you'll figure it out! Knowing I can press L to hold the spear probably would have made some things a bit easier, BUT I will say I got used to pressing down surprisingly quickly. Megan and I really can't wait for the full release. I know the game is going to be fun, and I know for a fact the game is going to bring out my stubbornness with the challenges. Haha! (By the way, I don't remember if I singled it out specifically, but I loved the idle animations too! Added a nice touch of personality to Bob!)

Advanced Warfare was actually pretty good. The campaign bringed new formulas to the gameplay, with the EXO armors and dynamic weapons, the problem was more in the MP area, who was a little bit rushed at some point that the game came out with less than 30% of content they promised. DLCs and the added Exo Zombies mode really help to improve the game and nowdays is considered one of the best CoDs out there, pretty dope graphics, story, and the package as whole, underrated game imo. (Fun Fact: Black Ops 3, who was released one year after AW, is considered the best Call of Duty in the last-gen, and carry almost everything from Advanced Warfare jn terms of being a "futuristic CoD" with wall jumps, aprimored gadgets and fast-passed MP).

Hey there! Figure I'll respond to both of your comments here. First off, we both really appreciate the kind words! I didn't know about the Gamescom and PGW conferences, so we're going to look into that and do some reactions to those as well! At the very least we'll check out the ones you mentioned for sure. :) Also, you're 100% right. I was thinking about Infinite Warfare when I said that stuff about Advanced Warfare. I always get those two mixed up.
@PlayNowrandlock34 ай бұрын
Hey guys, really appreciating all these stuff reacting to old E3s, y'all are really doing a good job covering that. I'm just to recommend (if it's be in your radar) react to Xbox & PlayStation press conferences at Gamescom 2014 / Xbox Gamescom 2015 / PlayStation PGW 2015 in the future. In that era, both Sony and Microsoft were doing like, BIG conferences separate from E3, and Gamescom/Paris Game Week really had some of their big announcements and trailers that for some reason were never covered in E3 (like the reveal of the PS4 Pro).

This is just a suggestion maybe you should try starfield instead of listening to other people because listening to other people will get you nowhere in life and maybe you should try things before you say bad things about it cuz nobody judgment is better than your own, I would have enjoyed watching the show with you guys but it was so judgmental I just couldn't go on any further one thing I don't do is bash people because I love everybody but this is just me giving my opinion on how you should change the show next time for better watching experience
@FragginGamin4 ай бұрын
Admittedly I don't quite remember what we said, but I know we couldn't agree more about not judging something completely until we've tried it. I've personally said many times on this channel about how I used to quickly decide when I didn't like something without giving it a proper chance, or about how I wouldn't give something a chance because I heard from people that something wasn't good. Of course those stances have completely changed as I've gotten older. That being said, Starfield was incredibly hyped up and didn't meet the majority of fans expectations. That is undeniable. There's a chance the game has gotten better with patches, but the unfortunate thing is most players will remember the poor launch, and not think about what may have been fixed since that launch. One day I'll probably try Starfield, and honestly I'll probably like it for what it is, even if it doesn't blow me away or anything. At any rate, I'm sorry you didn't like the video and felt we were too judgmental. Hopefully you'll be able to find a channel that suits you better. :)

Until Sony puts an actual first party Sony IP on let's say on a Nintendo device. Then I'll believe it. This is still a LEGO game that is using a Sony first party IP. It isn't the same as putting the actual Horizon game on Switch.
@FragginGamin4 ай бұрын
True, but I do feel like we'll eventually see a trend where companies aren't as against putting their IP's on another console. I could be incredibly wrong, but I think it would be an interesting, and exciting change for the gaming landscape. :)

Star Fox Assault was the mysterious Star Fox game you were baffled at. It was developed by Namco back in the day when Nintendo was giving out their IPs to other studios like FZero GX (Sega), Metroid Prime (Retro) etc etc in the GCN days. It was considered an OK game but suffered in the reviews because it was really short and since the on foot sections were considered bland and frustrating, it brought down the overall experience. It has its moments IMO though, all Arwing levels are SF64 worthy in terms of greatness.
@FragginGamin7 ай бұрын
Thank you for the explanation! When we hit 2004, we do figure out that it's Starfox assault, but I honestly didn't know too much about it so I'm surprised it even had on foot sections. Haha! I remember it coming out, but that's really about it. Personally I was probably checked out of the series after Adventures, so I may have just payed it no mind. Sounds like I might have to check it out some time and give it a shot though, because if the arwing sections are as good as SF64, then it's worth it for that alone. :)

There’s a really cool detail I realised after I spared Leo and got Steve’s dialogue about him: we find a total of 3 golden coloured mice in the whole game, those being Leo, Connor (the weaver guy) and Virgo, whom we find sitting alone in a house. Her dialogue reads “Dad’s working late again”. Around her house there’s also a bunch of drawings of some golden mice, with one being a “family photo” depicting Virgo, a mouse with blue clothing (who’s also seen holding a sword in other drawings) and another with green clothing and a halo above their head. I think it’s safe to assume Leo’s wife died prior to the events of the game so if you don’t spare Leo, Virgo becomes an orphan

That actually made me audibly go "Oh wow!" Haha! That's such a cool little detail that I'm a little sad I didn't pick up on at all. I never even thought that Virgo may have been Leo's daughter. i havent played this game. can you return here later in the story? if i was programming it id want some time to pass before you returned, not just walking out and back in demonstrating that you do care, proving your words arent empty, going out of your way to visit the guy, seems like a more profound decision on part of a player than picking the right option from the menu the devs gave you. i duno, game seems pretty thoughtful and it came to mind that may be the kind of things these folks would put in.
@FragginGamin10 ай бұрын
So admittedly I didn't think about that myself, but after you mentioned it I just went back to check right now, and it doesn't seem like that's the case. That's a pretty smart way of thinking about it though, and honestly something that I could see the dev doing.
