Hey, Raw, basic spinal series? If it’s so basic, why is it that you don’t teach how to do the three and a half coils in the vertebral spine, which is really the essence of kundalini yoga?

Thank you! that was great. As a non-binary person and teacher in training; a lot of teachers here in Australia have started to stay if you would like to call the feminine energy or the masculine energy or; the moon energy or sun energy as opposed to if you are a man or a woman. This then includes everyone and also give you the option to call different energies. I hope that makes sense. loved your class. Sat nam.

Awesome! I was doing shambavi kriya yoga for 10 months and just recently I started experiencing intense ecstasy through certain periods of the day, I would feel a huge rush of energy from the bottom of the spine going up and it just feels intense, blissful and ecstatic, so after that I started searching for other places to find people or techniques to keep this up, it's just amazing!

What goes on with the breathing!!!!??? i can clearly percieve air comes out at Sat, but also in Nam, so when do you inhale!!!????
@RawHorizonsWellbeing5 жыл бұрын
I know it seems strange to chant, move the naval and not to know what to do with the breath. However, it really helps if you don't have a breath focus. What I mean by that is to put all the focus onto the mantra and lifting and releasing the navel. The breath will find its own way naturally. It's a case of trusting the breath. It will find a way. Let me know how it goes. Sat Nam

@@RawHorizonsWellbeingthank you very much for replying. Ive been doing this exercise for some years now but hace never been REALLY sure the breathing dynamic. But just correct.me if im wrong, air comes out, both during Sat and Nam, then air comes in naturally...

@RawHorizonsWellbeing5 жыл бұрын
Here is the mantra and the meaning for you… WAHE GURU is the mantra of ecstasy. It is not translatable but chanting it elevates the spirit. WAHE GURU, WAHE GURU, WAHE GURU, WAHE JEEO - "The ecstasy of consciousness is my beloved." Enjoy this uplifting mantra x
