Don't slap the sensor on like that it will damage the piezo and take longer to settle, always roll a magnet mount onto the bearing

Yeah you can build whole machine easily. The suspension support is famous then easy to design. The measurement equipment is also, but if you can utilize it could be low cost. What do you interest of machine?

You can see it's moving, so that is soft bearing!

i only see the rotor is moving, but there is no springs, soft bearing suspension must have springs right?

No need spring. Rotor rotating causes oscillation (you can see it's moving) on soft bearing and causes force (you can't see it's moving) on hard bearing

Oh, that's a trial mass I added into the disc for unbalancing status. The results can be used for testing balancing software!

Balance quality grade is G2.5 according to ISO 1940-1

This software include NI USB 9234 and accelerometers, however it can run offline as without connecting hardware. I loaded data which I measured and balanced a rotor of pump. The data in vibration measurement soft include two parts: before balancing and after balancing. There is no operating frequency component in spectrum
