In terms of pure psychological horror, this game is the epitome of it. Ive seen so many psycological horror games that try the flashing images and all that, theyre not scary at all. But a game where your character is legitimately goung insane and tried to kill all of his crewmates, failed, then kills 2 of then and makes the other one kill herself, then he cuts off his captains leg and rearranges his internal organs so he can make his caotain eat his own leg and at the end he didnt realize what he did was wrong because he was so delusional... thats fucking horrifying
