Great ep this, bunch of familiar names and the bones stories!! Class. Some more Manchester heads would be a really good listen. Maybe even Mikey Wright?!

Ace is awesome 😎👍 saw him in some @dancorrigan vids a couple years back when he was still skating for Madness. Seems like the coolest chillest and genuinely nice guy ever! Pleased for his success and getting his own board shape n graphic on Arbor 🎉😎💯🔥👊

Surprised they're comparing income from 30 years ago to today without accounting for inflation. £10k a month back then is over £20k a month now.

Love the industry talk... Also the Adio demo reminded me of when I MCed that Birmingham demo as a favour to the park... Their team manager was a dick.

Just been watching this after seeing Pete comment on Insta......brought back loads of memories! I remember going to the skate shop in Hitchin around '88 for my birthday........got the Schmitt Stix Miller with Bullets and Gullwings. Loved that deck, it was so flippy.....big nose for the time too!

This was awesome. Had such a good experience with Supereight customer service on changing one shoe size I ended up placing another order. Asking them about spots out there and they gave me the run down it was sick, skaters support skaters ! Everything was banging too top lads.

Somebody call Joey Brezinski. You need an insole sponsor to help with all the banging on the table before someone gets a serious palm bruise.

Craig's sound. Used to hook me up with boards and bits n bobs from time to time. He says he didn't sell new boards but he did get me a batch of 5 of his 7.5 Transformer graphic board. Nice board that. Clarendon was wicked.

Buzzing for this, just hit play. Being 13/14 years old and seeing this dude pull up in a Lexus(?) at Keyworth and shred for an hour. Used to blow me and my brothers minds, all of us with a hefty pair of adios on. There was so many unanswered questions. Thank you Brain Drain

Shouts out Chris Bourke, the guy was an inspiration to me when I was living in Worcester in the 2000s. I've had one of his graphics tattooed on my leg for over 20 years, my sisters got the print of his I got her for 21st birthday still on the wall in her kitchen. Great episode by the way

Tony Hawk, Saddam Hussein and Iron Monkey all referenced in the same episode. Where else would this happen? Don't forget the fart lighting tips either. You lot are truly a class act.

Loving these episodes, just what we needed (a UK 'nine club')...remember Carl from the early Radlands comps, happy days. A couple more to add to the long list of British legends (if not picked up on already) would be Si Evans (far ahead of his time tech wise & a good guy, always approachable, now an established artist) or the photographer Wig, definitely a life well lived behind the lens. Tbh the list is pretty endless as to how many British skaters (especially throughout the early nineties) are worthy of this kind of thing
