The video related to our company personnel (Goldair Handling) that you uploaded to your account contains faces of individual and should not be posted via social media without the consent of the data subject. This action constitutes an infringement of GDPR legislation. You have to delete the video without undue delay, as the GDPR legislation requests, otherwise the data subjects contained in this video will exercise the applicable remedies contemplated in Chapter 8 of GDPR, i.e. filing a claim for compensation before the competent Court and seeking judicial redress.

This is exactly why Greek laws are backwards and outdated. It allows employees to degrade customers and not be penalized for it. Meanwhile the airlines have inflated reviews.

(Recital 18) Your company need take responsibility for GDPR but private passager are not. Anyway I am disappointed with your actions and the Greek aviation industry.

It's also illegal to grab another person's possessions without their consent, and while it's debatable if he can or cannot post that video, at the time of the recording he is perfectly allowed to film, GDPR does not forbid you from filming, but for storing and processing personal identifying data, and at the time of the filming he does not do that. The employee of Goldair at the time of filming is acting illegally trying to grab this persons camera. You can sue him for GDPR violations and he can sue you for attempted robbery and see who wins...

Ο μαλακας πελάτης που νομίζει ότι έχει πάντα δίκιο, τραβάει με κινητό μέσα σε αεροδρόμιο χωρίς συγκατάθεση και ανεβάζει στο KZbin... στην Ελλάδα βέβαια μόνο μάγκας στο εξωτερικό που εφαρμόζεται η νομοθεσία κότα

Δεν έχεις δικαίωμα στην ευρωπαϊκή ένωση να τραβάς βίντεο κανέναν χωρίς συγκατάθεση μπορεί να σε κάνει μήνυση και κανονικά μπορεί μέχρι και την αστυνομία να σου φέρει

@@georgiossavvidis3555Δεν ειναι ουτε ηταν ποτε ιδιος ιδιοκτητης. Ο Γκολεμης ειναι στην goldair ,ο Βασιλακης στην A3. Ναι ειναι μετοχος στην goldair ο Βασιλακης αλλα δεν ειναι βασικος μετοχος ποσο μαλλον ιδιοκτητης.
