Hi Mel. Sorry for the late reply. I just downloaded the grid on google. There's plenty of options there depending on the paper size you want to use. I just put it on sketchbook as my base layer. :)

Thanks your video was a big help with me making a pretty decent sketch of a floor plan of a house that I'm renovating. And of the living room expansion that I'm doing to it. A sketch or a professional drawing was required for the loan. Watching your video and doing a decent version on my property was definitely the less expensive option. It's really good and very informative.

Hello Héla. Ceiling design depends on the needs of a space and it's overall design. As to lighting preferences, you can use droplights for main dining area, nook/bar or if you have high ceiling on the living area. We have a lot of options and considerations to take to be able to have a cohesive design.
