fun fact: The highest floor in a building is the SAFEST spot you can be in case of a chlorine gas leak. Chlorine gases are extremely heavy compared to air, and it will concentrate mostly on the surface level. Air ventilation or A/C flow is COMPLETELY SAFE from gas leaks from a height of at least 15 meters. another fun fact: If no high ground is available, block all windows and doors with wet cloth and wear a wet facemask. Dichlorine reacts to water producing low concentration HCl and HClO acids. DO NOT TOUCH THE EXPOSED CLOTH UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, HCl IS A VERY POTENT ACID ON HIGH CONCENTRATIONS!!! The chlorine gases turn into acids, stopping their spread and makes them a liquid.

I lived in the central Indiana area for nearly 33 years - i have to say, you got the feel of the automated alert system naming off the counties right. It felt like the same things i had heard during storms and such all my life. Nice job!
