Hot take: Personally. I think David Cook was the better presenter. Now. Geoffrey Hayes was the man, let's get that out of the way right now. He had a warmth about him that couldn't be duplicated by the newer presenter when he left the programme. But David Cook felt a lot more natural. He felt like a presenter you'd see on "Play School" or something. He was a lot less animated and actually felt genuine.

Lol. A couple of months ago I showed my two and a half year old nephew this. He loves singing Old MacDonald Had A Farm. It was funny to watch his face, all confused and you could see him thinking "what the heck is this?!". He kept saying naughty Zippy. Getting annoyed that Zippy was deliberately getting it wrong. 🤣 He even hit the screen gently 🤣 He got bored and lost interest in the end. I tried lol. Our own little Freddie. I know it's spelt different to our lovely Freddy Marks, bless him. RIP Freddy, Geoffrey and Roy Skelton. You're all missed. Thank you all for helping my childhood to be fantasticola
