alright, I wrote down everything I felt was necessary for the warmup. Here it is: RANGE(10-15 minutes each exercise for training [AFTER GAMES] , 3-5 minutes for realistic warmup) Physical warmup(fists, wide fingers, etc.), get hands warm Shoot practice bots for 2=3 minutes to get used to the game Track practice bot eye with various weapons for 5-10 minutes Do a bit of a trace and flick or trace and just shoot Be creative; do what feels good to YOU Strafe Eliminate 100 - Track and do a few movements left right then shoot. Do for close, mid, and far ranges. Practice w/ different guns Hard mode - Focus on warming up reaction time and getting use to flicking, scores don't matter. Do standard and close range(Jett, pop dash, start, and dash to middle) TEAM DEATHMATCH(1) Ghost, Sheriff, Guardian, Vandal Work on preaiming where enemies are going to peek Put crosshair wider than wall. From there microadjust to make sure you hit the shot Neon is good because you can run at enemy AND with ult, works on tracking heavily(great for aim practice) Don't play to win, no point DEATHMATCH(1) Preaim where enemies are going to peek Put crosshair on common positions where enemy is going to peek you; trains muscle memory Swap guns around during deathmatch Distance affects how you think about crosshair placement and aim If someone is close range, hold wide If someone is far, hold a little less wide Maps like Abyss and Breeze are good for practicing this As you're playing, practice movement; simulate movement that you would do in ranked games With oneshot guns(Sheriff, Guardian) really focus on hitting that first bullet LMK if I missed anything important

thx bro the singe bot tracking is actually really good, I didn't realize my tracking was off so much until I've tried it. Reacting to the movement and overaiming is something I definitely need to improve. I wish they would give us more options like giving the bots a vandal or changing the speed of strafes

yes it means he wants you to get better, that way he doesn't have to leave you behind while he improves(I'm in that exact situation and begging my friend to practice and try to get better)

This is a great vid really a masterclass; but just for the warmup portion it would be advisable to also warm up the shoulders, especially if you're a whole arm type of aimer. Doing full body stretching before, during and after a session, would of course be best practice.

16:28 i dont understand this part like if u dont strafe then u are just standing still like it will be a easy target for the opponent to kill a stationary target and u ll die more in games so can u explain valyn what do u actually mean about the strafe part??
