This is a specialized glider instrument LX9070. You can zoom in where you can see your circles in a thermal and optimize your climb performance in a thermal. At that zoom level you won’t see anything else. This is in the area of Kiripotib airport, Southeast of Windhoek, another airport 60 k to the South is Bitterwasser. What you can see on the screen is e.g. the incredible altitude for a glider..
