By section 1(4) itself you can see the language "any person is liable by any law in force in India" that means.... Agar apne aisa koi kaam kiya hai jo ki india m offence hai kisi v law m.... Ab age kya kehte hai ye wo dekhte hai "to be tried for an offence committed beyond india shall be dealt with according to the provisions of this sanhita for any act committed beyond india" To jo bhi vyakti aisa koi offence kiya hai is sanhita k according deal kiya jayega/punishment di jayegi.... "In the same manner as if such act had been committed within India" jaise ki wo act India m rehte huye kiya gaya hai Iska ye matlb hua ki agar india m koi cheez offence hai apne bahar ki to ap India m usi prakar deal honge jaise wo apne india m ki thi... Aur deal kaise hoga section 188 crpc /section 208 bnss k according jnha wo vyakti mila ya jnha wo offence register Kiya Gaya waha trial chalega..

Thank you so much 💛 For better understanding you can refer crpc bare act, let me explain.... Section 29(2) talking about session judge determining by order in writting whereas in section 29(3) cjm and dm as the case may be determining by order in writting that who will be the successor in office.... If there is the case of additional and assistant session judge and there is confusion about who will be successor in office the authority is session judge ... If there is any other magistrate than authority is cjm and dm who will clear this by order in writting... Old and new law will run hand in hand.... Mostly there are many cases in courts ,so powers generally delegates to assistant and additional session judges for better enforcement of justice... If there is any doubt left you can put it here I'll clear it, let me know everything is clear or not.

Under BNSS section 29 there is no specification has made But if we refer crpc section 35 (2) which state that: When there is any doubt as to who is the successor-in-office of any Additional or Assistant Sessions Judge, the Sessions Judge shall determine by order in writing the Judge who shall, for the purposes of this Code or of any proceeding or order thereunder, be deemed to be the successor-in-office of such Additional or Assistant Sessions Judge
