She plays the drunk camp to the hilt while trying to steal Saffy's new born. Definitely check it out. Pluto TV and Amazon Prime Live TV run the episode a lot.

I replayed the ending about 15 times, laughing harder each time. This movie is pure camp, and can picture Gilda Radner spoofing McCormack so clearly. Rewatched it with my sisters, and they laughed as hard as I did at the ending. Good fun!

Remember this from my youth in the ‘60s. What a shame, all the downtown Cleveland department stores are gone. What was Higbee’s is a casino now. Higbee’s, May Co., Halle’s, Sterling Linder, Baileys all gone. 😢 At least Higbee’s will live on forever in the movie “A Christmas Story”! Ralphie’s interaction with Santa was shot on the main (street) floor. In actuality, I remember Santa was on the 7th floor in the toy department. It was kind of neat in that Higbee’s has these old Otis wooden escalators that got narrower the higher up you went in the store! And who can forget the Silver Grille on the 10th floor (if I remember correctly). So sad of days gone by that todays youth will never experience anything like that again! 😢
