You can't say South Africa was built by whites as a young Historian I am aware of the history of the Hartebeestpoort Dam but you must not make the mistake of saying "South Africa" was built by whites, as black South Africans we have a painful dark past which is today enjoyed by African immigrants which it was not the case 35 years ago so don't abuse those privilegeds with misinformation

There is no such of African immigrants in Africa. And we do not enjoy the dark past of one’s suffering. If our governments do no give us the goods to talk about then we will talk the goods that are there even if they were done by the people we do not like! How can you just ignore such a magnificent project built in 1921? By the way, maybe our South African leaders just gave up and gave the power back to the people who built this😃😃

@@Perfectafrika Investment does not only mean foreigners, locals invest in lots of areas there from fishing to farming, hotels etc. It is the most populous city after dar es salaam, market is there where there is lots of people. Locals have also invested building lots of infrastructure and industries there, rate of development is closer to that of Dar even though Dar gets alot of support
