@leandermodersohn Жыл бұрын
Leander

I am learning to hold my breath longer for spear fishing How does a 7 min static translate to something like spear fishing where you are actively swimming etc how long can you stay down hunting fish? This was so cool thank you for sharing I found you while looking for what to expect when experiencing contractions lol

Hey Jonathan… well… right now I am able to dive 128m with bifin in about 2:20 sec… dynamic … If I imagine you go down to -20m or so… and stay there without movement 1 1/2 minutes should not be a problem… there is a video on yt where I guy stays down for approximately 5 min… just try and get closer to your personal limits- listen to the small hints your body is giving you to stay in a healthy performance…. But keep in mind: shallow water black out is a bitch 😃… you gonna feel good when In the depht… but coming up the pressure diminishes and - bamm black out in about 5 to 0 meters !!! Take care- always with a buddy… it is worth it!!! Your Leander

@@leandermodersohn My personal best for a dry static is 3:42.would like to get it longer.the nose clips always lets it down.escaping air.A friend suggested a very tight swimcap.But im not sure that would really work?
@leandermodersohn3 жыл бұрын
@@frankmarker4414 I hope you do not want to obstruct your mouth and nose with the swim cap?? Just look for nose clips made for Apnoe... they are strong enough ;) the one I use (and supposedly you too) are for swimming only... they are to weak.so- take care - nothing above/over your mouth! never;) and whenever you pracrise under water- always have a buddy!! cheers
