This echo is so fucking funny

I don't think people realize how good BL1 did character intros. In every other game the character in the intro is animated, while in BL1 it's just a static still of the character. It makes it feel like it's straight ripped off of a comic book, fits the game really well. It's a small detail, but I hope they bring it back.

Badmaw's intro goes so hard for a miniboss.

I think this stuff kind of backfired, now every modern video game has to have characters with pausing title cards like this, it's a technique that's overly used imo, the new Dragon Age trailer had it and it was very cringe..

I love that, despite how unhinged he is, he still has a heart of gold. He loves his abuela, and cares about the people of his village. The only reason they tried to hang him was probably because of the horrifying way he dispatched those bandits Xd

These echo logs told a far more horrifying and compelling backstory then the absolute abortion of a movie that was released in 2024
