Haha its not a feature when you have chargers all over the place, and always has to top it off every got damn time you take a shower, and it’s not bad when you don’t know where you put your garmin charger since you don’t charge for weeks. Come on

Great summary; agree with your assessments across the board. I’ve been using mine for about the same timeframe. I also have a Garmin, and while it is a beast in terms of fitness features, I just cannot pull myself away from the Ultra 2 for all the smartwatch and seamless integration features you mentioned.

Switching from Garmin, how are you tracking fitness progress over time? I’ve tried Bevel and Athlytic but don’t trust them compared to Garmin. I end up loading workouts back to Garmin with RunGap.

Currently I’m using the native Apple workout & Fitness apps, it tracks and displays my training load fairly accurately now that Apple have the new ‘vitals’ section of the health app. Much closer to the Garmin set up.

When I am at home, I will use the one that came with the watch. When we are travelling i have a generic 3 in 1 charger that i bought from amazon.

I am currently using the OG Ultra bought second hand as it was selling at the same price of the watch 9 non-cellular at that time. Main complaint? battery life but once you got the routine of charging it in time, it's a gem! glad bought mine!

I’ve beaten this thing up pretty regularly and you literally cannot see a scratch anywhere on it. I believe the natural titanium is the best looking version. Zero interest in the new black one.

How good is it to out on a regular speakers like bose? Does it sounds, feel and satisfying as a real tube amp? I mean it’s not thin coming out to a different speakers?

I think it’s just the same light and portable rig as carrying a tube combo amp like a friedman pink taco v1. And put your guitar effects like h9 or strymon in your guitar case. I guess you’ll enjoy it more. 👍

'regular' speakers are set up to enhance certain frequencies so i would say that you will need to adjust your presets to sound how you want them to, but this applies to all monitoring options too, whether it is headphones, regular speakers, studio monitors, a traditional guitar speaker cabinet, an FRFR style cabinet and also the pa at gigs. Everything will sound slighlty different so adjust to taste.

thats is also a great option and you can't beat the warmth and feeling of a valve amp in my opinion, for me though playing pub gigs, it is one more thing to carry and set up, an amp head as well as separate pedals/pedalboard. The QC has both covered in one.

I still have a disconnect between the modeler and the speaker. It just doesn't quite feel the same to me as it does with guitar & amp. Doesn't matter which modeler I try it's still the same feeling as though something is missing. I like the idea of these type of units, and they are becoming more & more necessary in a lot of cases. Very convenient for sure. My HRP does a great job and I really like it but I'll still choose the amp if given the choice.

100% agree, there is nothing quite like the 'feel' and also 'warmth' that you get from a valve amp. For ease and convenience though, digital for gigs/rehearsal. Always a trade off whichever route we take.

yes! 100% agree here, I looked at one whilst in the states recently as part of another video, it looks great in the photos videos but in the flesh on the wrist, not so good. Natural Titanium wins out for me.

I haven't used the enduro 3 so I am unable to offer an opinion on it. At the end of the day, I think the best activity tracker is the one that fits best with end users wants & needs or can get close to it..

I’ve got a recommendation for you. The Apple Watch 10 is an excellent choice. It has a brand-new chip, a stunning new screen, and a sleek titanium design that’s super comfortable to wear on your wrist. Plus, it charges lightning-fast! Now, I know some people are drawn to the Ultra 2, especially the black version, but let me tell you, it’s not worth the hype. It’s easy to scratch, heavy, and uses old technology compared to the 10. The only thing it has going for it is a bigger battery, but trust me, it’s huge watch. So, my advice is to stick with the Apple Watch 10. You won’t regret it! Just trust me, I know what I’m talking about.

Like everything else in life, you can stay with the last gen no problem but if you can afford it then who can say no to a Black Ultra. :) My Ultra 2 should easy last me a bit longer, could even use my first gen Ultra if so. But the black color i can´t say no to and been using it for a bit now and looks dope. Even the Titanium loop i pick did look better than i thought i would. :)
