I found these to be very good, don't need them all the time, just now and then, only takes a couple of hours for the one capsule to work, would highly recommend. Got them from Sainsbury's in my online order, in the Northern Ireland, didn't need to go near a pharmacy.

@ This medicine needs the water in your system in order to work so if you don’t have enough water in your system then it’ll give you really bad cramps and it won’t work as good as it can

Am really constipated after a cervical epidural steroid injection shot a week ago. Have had one mini BM since. Incredibly bloated and in pain. Took 1 tablet 3 days in a row and nothing. Didn’t work when I took just one. Took 2 a few this afternoon and man, I’m basically glued to my toilet now. It’s about 10pm. So I guess it works but now I have worse stomach cramps. Don’t take if you have ANY obligation for the next 12+ hours, make it a day. Happy I won’t have to go to the ER tho or risk compartment syndrome
