Darkrai is one of my favorites and i loved the movie and how it depicted Darkrai as a hero more than a creature of darkness.

It’s something about the bells and the violins. I first heard this, I thought of my dad and felt like he was with me. Listening to this kind of makes me feel closer to everyone close to me who died. Makes me cry every time.

The fights in this scene perfectly portray the personality of all of ashes pokemon. Totodile vs Granbull Just toys with his opponent dodging his attacks before one shotting him such disrespect. Chikorita vs girafrig Does relatively well in the fight but takes a bad hit trying to show off for ash. Just messed around too much. Knocktowl vs apalm. Takes the fight completely seriously and beats his opponent with some effort. Probably the most evenly matched fight Bulbasaur vs butterfree He took the fight seriously and he put up a really good fight but there’s just no helping a grass type going against bug and flying type moves. Cyndoquil vs mankey Just annihilated his opponent with brutal overkill and without trying that hard. Absolutely no nonsense. Pikachu vs quagsire. Pikachu is disadvantaged in typing and he is disadvantaged in physical stats yet still manages to preserve and pull out a win. Pikachu is truly ashes greatest partner.

This was the first pokemon movie i watched, and Oracian was the first song i learnt on the piano I recently bought a new keyboard. Maybe its time to relive those days...just a little.

There is not one song that comes close that hits me to my core than Oracion. Every time I listen, waves of tears come of pain, sorrow, joy, serenity, and... a feeling of coming 'home'.

One of my favorite movies and moment when dialga screeched and rewinded time....

Even after many years, from seeing it in the movies, to thinking about this song while struggling in life. I always find myself coming back here to this video and to this song. I've heard it properly over a hundred times already, and it still has the same effect on me. It makes me feel sad for the people i've lost in life, for the struggles that i fought through, but still, it also has a calming effect and i even feel my body warming up a bit. Even now after all these years, i still love this masterpiece.

I still love this movie to this day. I saw it back when it played on cartoon network back in, oh god, 2008 or 2009 I think? Since that movie, Darkrai has always been my favorite pokemon.

I rewatched this movie a couple of days ago. It was just as good as I remember it being, if not better! And the oracion scene, it’s fantastic

I haven’t rewatched the movie yet so I have no “new interpretation” I did however watch this movie on loop with my brother when I was younger and force my parents to watch too I loved watching this on the way to my aunts house and back Searching for lore on google using my dad’s phone so I would be the cool kid who knew all there was to know about the great Darkrai I had my own theories and everything Darkrai holds a special place in my heart that only my family will really ever understand
