Is certainly be interested in one of it only opened up further or wider to not be in the way so much. The bucket isn't really even usable for dirt and other things, the way this is now.

Any chance you will paint it JD Green? I know that may seem whoa!, but color matching is a nice feature.

I’ve tried to locate and order one of these for a while now. Dealer locator sows NONE, their web site has no order info, no pricing. Is this really a thing 🤨

Do you make this with an electric cylinder or actuator?
@tikesr3 жыл бұрын
Picked up mine today and have put it to use. So far it has moved some brush and logs without a problem. I have this on a Massey Ferguson 2705E. I will put it through it’s paces in the coming weeks and see how it goes. I don’t intend to abuse it, but I also don’t intend to baby it either. I ordered it last week from my local Kubota dealer. Matt called and it was in stock. In another three days it had arrived and ready for me to pick up. It was loaded into the bed of my pickup and I took it home and unloaded it with my tractor and pallet forks. It cost $2700. I was really glad that It wasn’t back ordered.

"... it will clamp down on uneven loads, and we will demonstrate that..." While you showed a slow moving cylinder, you did not show it in use, that would be nice.

how does this grapple attach to the pallet forks? does it actually go on the forks or does it attach to the fork support? Do you have a video that shows the actual grapple by itself so we can see it? Does the grapple close onto the forks or does it go down between the forks?
@PrecisionManufacturingInc4 жыл бұрын
The forks slide into the grapple frame on models 336S27 and 339S27. The model 73300 actually attaches to the slotted rail and is for tractors 40 hp or less. You can see photos at www.agfolks.com .

Good luck ordering anything from Precision Manufacturing. I ordered this unit, paid them, was told it ship by the end of week, and 3 weeks later still not here. I had to follow up to tell them when it wasn’t here on the first day it was supposed to arrive, I followed up again early this week after they blamed their shipper; called them to say it’s not here and they quit picking up the phone. Only wants to communicate by email instead of picking up the phone to deal with the issue. If the engineering is anything like their customer service, move on to the next guy. Their dealer network in GA is a joke as well.

I am sorry you experienced this. We have taken steps to improve Precision Manufacturing. Firstly, we have removed this carrier from our list of carriers to use. We will not tolerate being given false information from a carrier. We are fully aware that companies that do not deliver excellent customer service will likely not survive in today's business environment. If a customers contacts us by phone they deserve a personal contact. We must do a better job. Thank you for helping us become a better company. Bill Reed, President.

Do you make a model of this that would work on a 1025R JD subcompact?
@PrecisionManufacturingInc5 жыл бұрын
Sorry for the slow reply. I plan to see how stable it is on a 1025. Can I notify you when I test it? We want to have a minimum of 1200 lb lift capacity and even then we recommend counter weight for added stability. Bill

Precision Manufacturing Inc Yes, please do! I’ve been looking for a product like this, but due to the small size of my machine it needs to something a bit lighter. Even if it only cut up to 3 or 4 inch that would be great!

There is never a 100% guarantee of which way a tree will fall, same as cutting with a chainsaw. However, there are ways to persuade the fall. When the cuts are from the side, the tree will naturally want to fall left or right. A slight forward tilt will push the tree away from the operator. If you see a tree leaning to one side, you can trim limbs to lighten that side of the tree. Or, you can start cutting high on the tree and trim it with several smaller cuts.

TTWT brought me here! Is there any concern about a tree coming back on the operator? Or is there a technique outlines in the operator manual to ensure a proper felling?

Nice video! I just bought an Everything Attachments wicked root grapple and posted a video using it. It's mounted on an LS4145. Sure makes moving logs simple and easy. So far, I really like the grapple!
