I'm curious... Doctor Noguchi reported seeing powder-burn marks around the wound behind Kennedy's right ear during the autopsy (and Dr Wecht supposedly viewed associated autopsy photography) which formed the basis of his estimate of the distance from the gun barrel. However, major surgery had been performed on the wound during the efforts to save Kennedy's life. This would have taken place after the area surrounding the wound had been shaved and cleaned/sterilised, and the bullet hole would surely have been enlarged to affect removal of bullet and skull fragments from Kennedy's brain. I've seen what purports to be a photo of the wound area taken during the autopsy (from a Google search), and all that can be seen is a large flap of skin that had been sutured in place over the wound area (as you would expect).

Dave Hanson is literally the only person on the planet who can say Paul Newman watched a race & drank beer in his living room while he took a freaking nap.

As many times as I've seen Cool Hand Luke (I've only seen Slapshot a couple times), I just found out that Paul Newman & Strother Martin did these two movies together.

Maybe the movie was so fun to watch because the cast had so much fun making it. Still one of my favorite movies.

Its obvious that the CIA and Israel were working hand in hand i mean, the CIA were directly involved in giving an elite clase of Palestinians there own country called Israel. So of course they would be working side by side to eliminate rivals.

I grew up in the Binghamton NY area and went to all the games. I vividly remember the Carlson brothers, Dave Hanson, and Bill Goldthorpe who played for the Syracuse Blazers.

That famous picture of the busboy kneeling beside RFK, the photo also showed a tie on the floor inches from RFKS outstretched hand! Which indicates that his last conscious act was to turn and attempt to grab hold of the person who shot him as a natural reaction, but only grab his tie before hitting the floor. The only person close enough by his own admission was the security guard who said he had Bobby by the elbow/arm at the exact time of the shooting, Cesar had a tie on as shown in photos before the shooting and when he walked out immediately after the shooting his tie was gone. He was the only person close enough to Bobby at that exact instant, so close in fact that Bobby lunged at his assassin, in an feeable attempt to defend himself, it so obviously I’m amazed that nobody has ever seen this for what it was!!! He also said that he pulled his gun out as he hit the ground giving him a perfect trajectory angle pulling Bobby down at the same time for the shot behind the ear!

I played hockey in the 70’s and can truly tell you how much I enjoyed this movie. It gave me more laughs than any other movie to date. One of my first hockey games for high school we had no coach and they had beer in a water cooler on the bench. True story. So that’s why this movie hits a nerve for me. A good one. Great interview as well. Thanks for the memories.

I remember seeing Dave Hanson playing with the Hampton Gulls in the 70's around when the movie came out. It was fun to go to their games. They also had Buzz Schneider before the 1980 olympics and briefly Rod Langway who went on to play with the Canadians. Minor league sports are enjoyable to see young guys on the way up and veterans on the way down. Good times!

Oh, by the way, this guy, Mike Hayden was the 2nd name on the letter saying that "more than 50 intelligence officers confirmed that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinfo"... and now we know, without any doubt that it had NOTHING to do with russia, and has tons of evidence of biden crime family's wrong doings.. and all the people on that letter lied to cover it up. "10% for the big guy" was confirmed this very week.. So he lied to cover up 2 presidential crimes.

at 7:08 he says: "how many of you people really believe that Obama wiretapped Trump tower?" Well.. now we know that he did. clearly and with intent. So... either this guy was lying to you, or he's incompetent... Which is it? Either he didn't know that Obama would wiretap Trump, and couldn't even fathom it, in which case he was a clueless incompetent buffoon.. or he did know and blatantly lied to cover up a presidential crime.

i think the reason why this movie is so popular even still to this day, regarded as one of the greatest hockey and sports films of all time is partly due to the Hanson brothers and also partly due to the fact that this movie perfectly encapsulates life in the 1970's. watching it in my childhood back in the late 90's and early 2000's it gave me an insight on my mom and dads lives when they were growing up and just watching it again last night at 27 years old in 2024, it is a time piece and a great reference back in to a time that was before i was born. when i was really young i didnt really understand the movie and just loved how entertaining it was but now that im older i definitely understand the movie way better an d it's phenomenal. the Hanson brothers especially, glad it wasnt scripted and mostly ad-libbed because that's just how these guys wouldve been every day back in the 70's. a perfect example of how my dad wouldve been since he's about the same age as the Hansons. it's awesome to watch, a film i hope i can show my kids one day to get an idea of what my parents lives were like when they were around 18-20 in the mid 70's
