There's one mistake (which is even in the subtitles for the movie, so I can't blame you): At timestamp 2:15, after "Dum veneris iudicare", the choir adds a line that's missing in the text -- "saeculum per ignem", so in translation that adds "by fire" to "... come to judge the world". Just FYI. It's hard to sing along when that line isn't known.

Special mention to the Sherman brothers. They were great composers, even in Disney.

Thank you for putting these two clips together. They make the finest possible tribute to the Sherman brothers, the iconic songwriting team who wrote this song and so many others, Robert B. Sherman (who died in 2012), and Richard M. Sherman (who died only a few days ago at this writing, in 2024).

2:20 Easily the best part of the whole scene. Quasimodo literally swoops down from the "gates of Heaven" (= the cathedral itself), his enemies (= Frollo and the whole garnison of Paris) surround him and through his physical and mental strength brings aid to the people of Paris. The chorus describes what happens on screen just like in classical operas, what a masterpiece!

Could anybody provide similar compositions with latin chorus, and sounding like this or Mozart's Requiem?

I imagine, during the battle going on outside of Notre Dame, with Quasi, the gargoyles, Phoebus, Frollo, the villagers, and the gypsies, the choir of Notre Dame is singing this song inside of the church praying to God for safety.
