Hello, thank you for your video, I love how you organize your stuff and master batch, I wish I found this earlier. I have a few questions if you don't mind answering. I master batched my lye for the first time this week and now it's hard in the container. Did I do something wrong? Is there a way to fix it? How do you store your clays and powder ingredients? Do you keep them in the original packages or do you transfer them to other containers? Okay that is it for now, your new sub.

Everytime I try to shrink wrap my soap it wrinkles up ugly and gets holes. I’ve tried different heat settings and distances.. I use POF eco friendly bags and I’m not sure if they suck or if I suck..😢

Which candlescience scent are you using there? I would like to order a few to try out. Also how do you figure out how much to use per batch? Like how much per your 6 jar batch? Thank you so much for sharing the process with us!

Do the clays tend to dry out the skin? Are clay soaps better if you have oily skin?
@thevalentines3

Yes and yes, can be drying (depending on overall recipe) and great for oily skin.

You are ahead of me. I delayed my tomato starts this year so they didn’t get too big before I could plant them out. For indeterminate tomatoes you don’t pinch the top like you do with flowers or basil. To get a plant with 2 leaders you let the plant grow and instead of removing all the suckers, you leave 1 to grow into the 2nd leader and then continue removing all the other suckers. I grow my tomato plants this way. There is nothing like homegrown tomatoes! Happy growing!

So in New York, you cannot sell Flower Jelly, they say it has no nutritional value. You also cannot sell your flowers or eggs without the proper inspections. So Please make sure you check your states cottage laws.

Hi there. When you stack your jars without a shelf make sure the bottoms of the top jars are resting on 2 jar rings instead of directly on the top of the jar below. The reason is that it will not allow the air to escape effectively, possibly creating a false seal. When a shelf is used for stacking it is resting on the rings that are not pressed hard down on the lids (finger tight). I only comment this because you seem to be a careful canner. The Presto canner manual says use 3 quarts of water. I've never measured if it is 1.5 inches, but just in case.

for the amount of food you have in comparison to the vinegar in comparison to the amount of time you are processing your jars, I would think 40 minutes in the pressure canner for just the onions alone is safer??? So many recipes for salsa but how many are actually correct? Also, even with pressure canning at recommended times for vegetables, you'd still have to boil the food for 10 minutes before consuming it to be 100% sure that botulism spores were destroyed in the event they survived the pressure canning process at the correct time frame.

One suggestion to consider being we all have our own rules in our own kitchens and especially when rebel canning is...add 1 to 2 table spoons of bottle lemon juice to each jar (maybe 3 tablespoons for a quart) before filling them up to add extra acidity (I'd also stir it up), and perhaps process your jars longer in the pressure canner between 35 (half pints to pints to 45 minutes for quarts. I'd still add extra lemon juice regardless.

Thank you for the video. I have one question. I am a handmade seller on Amazon and I do not use FBA but send my own products by myself internationally. Amazon gives recommendations for Enroll to FBA and there is this "Potential sales Lift over 90 Days" estimations. Some numbers are high and some are low and there is a consistency between them. I do not know how trustworthy it is? Do you suggest me to sell with prime label? Will there be a change in sales? Could you share your thoughts about this?
