I wouldn't be able to share it, but it's just a square, with the slits cut out of it. You can fold the square in half and then while it's folded cut the slits at the sides like a dart, I show the pattern at the beginning of the video. Then you fold the square in half in the other direction, and do the same thing. I hope that helps.

I always use eggshell Kona cotton. You could use a different color though. Good Luck
