It's interesting how it went into a nice spiral. I'm just not sure on one thing, did you say to line up the heads or the bottom of the stems? I watched it twice but I guess it went over my head. Thank you in advance.

Thank you for the tips. I think I took mine out of her pot too early. Now she's in a porcelain pot but I know I need one like the kind you have in this video. Should I get a new one? Also, I had her under a grow lamp and the edges of her leaves burned. I don't know what to do now. She's growing in such a tangled way. I don't know how far or close to place her from the lamp. She's in a west facing window right now, so the sun is bright but it's not direct. What should I do? I want her to thrive but I don't think she's doing too well.

Hey! Sounds like the lamp is giving her too much light and burning the leaves. I would just keep her in your west facing window without the lamp and see how she does for a bit. A porcelain pot is fine, but it should have a drainage hole. If you dont have a drainage hole I would recommend repoting her into one that does. Sometimes if they get tangled I will add extra support by place chopsticks next to the plant and loosely tying them onto it. They also will bend toward the light so rotating them every week is a good idea. Hope that helps!

@@MainStreetFloristCarlinvilleIL thank you for your help! I moved her out of the grow light and noticed her roots were exposed, so I fixed her up. I have her in a north facing window right now where she’s able to get bright light but it’s obscured by an awning and lattice canopy, so it’s not direct.

Often it happens when they are drinking up water but not supported. Try letter them dehydrate a bit so the they soften up, wrap the bunch of them tightly in paper then place in water to drink.

Hi🖖 Today I bought these flowers at a market and the seller told me this bouquet doesn't need a water. I mean, at all. He said to put the flowers into a vase and if only they will stay there without a water their blooming will last a month. Otherwise, with a water, they will die quite soon. Is it true?🤔
@MainStreetFloristCarlinvilleIL
@MainStreetFloristCarlinvilleIL Жыл бұрын
Interesting. We've kept them in water and they will last almost a month. I find it hard to believe they will last that long and not become droopy without some water.... but to be honest I've never tried it. You could always pull a single stem out and try it as an experiment.
