Too bad the sound is awful. I like the sounds it makes just as much as seeing it.

Your right the sounds are just as thrilling as the calving. Unfortunately my camcorder thought the calving was the wind and all but eliminated it. I tried to boast the sound. But all I managed to do was make it worse.

Finally a glacier calving without a lot of noise from people. I love to hear the cracking of glaciers but most videos have lots of people watching commenting loudly. this was nice.. thanks

@@patrickrussell6284 Nope... "The Hubbard Glacier ice margin has continued to advance for about a century." Its one of the few which is advancing. It will surely be there during my lifetime, although a lot of other glaciers sadly will not.
