Hello Lovely Wendy 👋 When I was younger, in full time employment and slimmer, I purchased a lot from Monsoon. You're right the clothes last forever - it's just whether they continue to fit😆 I've got suitcases (and I mean a few) of varying sizes of clothes from a size 16 upwards. My weight fluctuates so much - it's been pretty much stable since Sophie passed, but I feel this year I've turned a corner and ready to concentrate on me. Since the beginning of Feb, I've started doing a keep fit video every day. I enjoy my food and drink - and dieting doesn't agree with me 😉but if I can exercise, I think that will help shift some fat, and tone me up🤞 Thank you so much for watching and commenting - you know it means the world to me 😘❤

There's been many a time, I thought I was going to die - it was so frightening, as well as frustrating as I couldn't socialise in restaurants etc. My husband often said I'd be better off turning my dinners into puree, like baby food. I totally appreciate, when you say cutting food up into tiny pieces, with a drink constantly to hand. I found sparkling drinks the best. Hello Patricia, Bless you for saying it was a wonderful video😘 Please do look into the benefits of iodine - there are lots of YT videos on the topic, however, if you buy it, please do remember to buy the white iodine and not the normal/regular iodine which is yellow. The privacy stamp is good isn't it? Even my mum said this morning 'you didn't tell me about that...'😆and now she wants one. In truth, it was my mum that told me about Joan Collins makeup and another viewer has commented stating she highly rates Joan's makeup 👍 Honestly, the prescribed tablets have been life changing for me. I had anxiety everyday for fear of choking and I'd stopped visiting restaurants for fear of choking in public. The doctor did say (I forgot to say it on the video) that over time, I maybe able to go down to one tablet or even half a tablet a day - but we need to heal the throat first. Hello Sandra, If you suffer with coldsores, you most definitely need to buy WHITE 15% iodine, don't buy the ordinary iodine. Hello Liz, Yes, it's a massive relief to be able to eat without the constant worrying about choking. I ended up not going out at all to restaurants, for fear of choking in public. The tablets are truly a life saver! With regards to a bra fitting video, thanks for letting me know - I'll see what the feedback is👍 Like you say, it's a lot easier now to order bras online and if you don't like them, to return them hassle free. I went into M&S outlet the other day and picked up a 42DD and tried it on and it was too big in the cup area - so, each bra is different in itself. As always, thank you for watching and commenting😘
