Companies will outsource you if they can, even if you work harder. There's nothing you can do to stop them from saving money for the shareholders. Why should you work more for the same pay? Doesn't make sense. You're advising us to work like the Chinese, who have little respect to themselves and their health when it comes to work. Why would we lower oureslves to that standard (and I'm Asian!). Why quit your job when you can get fired and collect unemployment? The company will try to make you hate your job in order to get you to quit and it saves the company money. Employers are understanding if you work hard? HAHAHAHA if someone is working harder or they like more, then you're out, no matter how much you think you're doing. It's hard to take advice from someone who does not work in a private corporation.

No one should have to work longer than they are paid to do. That is not the point but purposely not working and quietly quitting is not the answer. You are right if people do this then companies I believe will look elsewhere and many times that will be overseas. A company will not allow their employees to drive them out of business, so quietly quitting helps no one. If you are not happy, quit and find a new job but do not quietly quit. But If someone likes their job and wants to get ahead they should be willing to make themselves useful and a key person on the team. That is our point. Of course quitting or purposely getting fired to collect unemployment maybe an answer for some but it is not a long term answer just a short term one for most people. FYI today Chinese do not work like this, that is a total misconception. The Quietly Quitting trend started in China.

I’m so intrigued. How do you find prices?
@mondorocompany7 ай бұрын
Prices are generally very good as they do a lot of wholesale there. But many of the vendors may not speak English so to really bargain or get good information you need someone who can help you if you do not speak Chinese.

Hi, where would I bug these long rattan poles?
@mondorocompany Жыл бұрын
We get the poles from our rattan supplier. If you want long poles like this I would check for a supplier in your area that may import or supply natural materials like this.

what is the substance used for making the shape and anti fungi
@mondorocompany2 жыл бұрын
The woven items are dipped in a glue-like substance and then placed on a metal frame to dry. The metal frame helps them keep the shape. Each factory will use different formulas of the glue-like substance so I do not know or have this formula.

that's beautiful! how do we know if the rattan furniture is produced in an ethical way? Ever since rattan has been popularized, I see pieces sold by places like Target or Urban Outfitters, which I'm not sure where they source their furniture from.
@mondorocompany2 жыл бұрын
You really do not know this unless a company will tell you. Unfortunately in the US, most companies do not really care about that as much as some other places and for them, price is the most important. But on the upside rattan is not endangered and it grows very fast, so for rattan, this is usually not an issue.

@mondorocompany3 жыл бұрын
HI the only way to remove the background in Procreate is to use the eraser. You find the eraser tool at the top left hand side. It looks like an eraser. Try to use that and erase the background. But before you erase it try to crop it as much as you can so you do not need to erase so much. If you still do not understand let me know.

If it grows anywhere it would probably be somewhere in the Southern USA. But as it is a vine plant maybe no one bothers to cut it down. But I assume there would be rattan suppliers there somewhere who many supply the material. Here is a blog we wrote that explains a bit more about rattan. mondoro.com/rattan-vs-bamboo-the-differences-between-the-materials-explained/ Hope this helps.

How do we buy consumer size orders of furniture? Like two flower back chairs
@anitalhummel38623 жыл бұрын
@@nattiewalker3466 We deal mainly with B2B orders as to make just 2 chairs is a bit difficult and shipping would be quite expensive. If I hear of anyone selling these chairs I will let you know. Are you in the USA or another location?

Thanks for this video. I am wondering where I could get rattan in the US. Does it grow in any state
@anitalhummel38623 жыл бұрын
If it grew anywhere it would be in Florida I assume, but I would look for a US importer that may import the raw rattan. Mexico may also grow it.
