Lower the weight by about 40 pounds until you can bring it all the way to your chest, and let it back up really slow. Really squeeze your last in the contracted position, too. Relax your shoulders while your arms are up, you’ll get a bigger stretch in your lats, and it helped me with isolating my lats.

All of my debts are student loans... also randomly landed on your channel. def going to keep tabs on your journey.. Most people I assist in investing always have some sort of bad debit like multiple credit cards or student loans... You are very fortunate to have a loc from a business under your name.. most folks I deal with dont have any assets whatso ever.. As long as you stick to your plan you should be able to clear that debt. But please be mindful, life never follows your plan exactly, so leave room for mysterious emergency expenses to pop up...

Never had the time to message him? Bull! I will say offering the free mulch was a good try. I do hear a lot of excuses about how you "can't" and no ideas of how you "can!" Your customer doesn't care why, He just wants to know when the job is getting done. Imagine needing a tire fixed, and the tire shop says it can't because their air compressor is broken. Take a piece of paper and draw a line down the middle. On the left, write down all the issues that are blocking your success as a businessman, starting with the highest priority like your weed whacker. On the right, your best solution. Every day, no matter what, address and resolve one issue until you've checked everything off. Good luck!

No idea how I came across your video. That said, my best advice is to keep it simple. Its good to make a general meal plan ahead of time, but keep it simple. Keep it flexible. Simplicity should remain your best friend for atleast the first year. It will make it easier to adhere to the diet and training schedule. See what works and doesn't work well for you. You can add and remove exercises as you see fit, but again don't overcomplicate the process. The basics will take you pretty far with a solid consistent routine. If you're serious about losing weight use a simple online BMR calculator to find your baseline calories. Just punch in your info and get a rough estimate. Remember that the Weight loss portion of this happens entirely in the kitchen. You can always adjust as you go, if you're not getting the results you want. Weekly or biweekly morning weigh-ins are best. Write it down. If after two weeks your weight hasnt changed (or its gone up), then drop your calories by 300. Consistency is king. I've been at this for over 20 years now and it really all breaks down to Simplicity, Consistency, Adherence and Calories in vs Calories out. There's no reason to make it any more complicated than that. Good luck. 👍
