It is strongly recommended that police must distribute handouts about Do and Dont to EACH of the vehicles in a single convoy during the journey - because, NOTHING is audible at the tail end of the long queue of vehicles that lines up from mid night for the 6 AM release. Further there gas to be decent public toilets for the TORUISTS. They are contributing to the local economy to a very large extent. Please put up at least 3-4 hoardings or notice boards on NH4 #NHAI about CLEAN PUBLIC TOILETS for the huge crowd at the Jirkatang checkpost. Hob'le PM Sh Modi is spreading the mission of "Swatchha Bharat" and it should not be restricted only to Capital cities or Tier 1 cities. State of public toilets is AWFULLY BAD. Please engage and incentivise local people for PPP model.
