More than likely that home is Union built and made with American steel. A much better house than a new build. Excellent choice!

You are so good at it,! Heres an idea: start a business doing sales for all us old people who need to get rid of all our stuff but cant do it ourselves. You could even charge them by giving you first choice! We have lots of really good stuff but our family doesnt want. You know what the experts say----for a successful business, find a need and fill it. Think about it. Lots of us around.

Estate sale companies can help you with that. They call them Living Estate Sales. They usually charge a percentage of the sale and can contact a charity to accept the things you want to get rid of that didn't sale.

I love a house with good bones! We bought a house from the 70’s & there’s one closet that has these weird carpeted stairs in it that go nowhere with the original orange carpet! When we put in new flooring I opted to keep the weird stairs orange because it was in perfect condition being as you can’t actually walk on them etc
