do you select the skin preset before or all of the sims are always with it?

great question! i have a default skin (butterish by lamatisse) and then i have some skin overlays i sometimes do that replace it if i feel like another one would be better than my default. most of the time tho, i just use my default :)) i also always make my sims for cas challenges ahead of time so i can just focus on hair, makeup, and clothes let me know if that answers your question! thanks for watching :))

you should use the path brush to use a dirt and use it around the foundation of the house, and then add some less-manicured plants in the sharp corners so it’s more realistic

Love this build, especially the Jinx bathroom. The pattern you've created with the tiles is so fun! I also can't stop laughing about the idea of child Ekko having a friend over at this house and in order to play with them in his room they would first have to go through singed's room of horrors 😂
