I watched less than a minute of this and stopped. I stopped because I found it to be totally useless for me. I have nearly zero stress in my life. I do what needs to be done before or when it needs to be done. I do the things I enjoy every time I have the opportunity to do them. I enjoy hard work. I enjoy challenges. I enjoy a clean work and home environment. I enjoy my family and friends. I enjoy exercising. I enjoy reading. I enjoy going and buying what I need to enjoy everything else. But I don’t enjoy buying frivolous things that I don’t actually need. I don’t need jewelry, aside from a wedding ring what else do you need. I don’t enjoy fancy overpriced clothes or other status items. They serve no more purpose than good quality every day goods. I don’t get pleasure or happiness from things. Get busy with your responsibilities and rest whenever you need it. Stop looking at others or advertising to see what they think you need to be happy. That is all the time you get from me.

Thank you so much, unlike those hours long bs that people keep glazing and at the end of the video you realize that the technique is actually shit, your video is short, concise and straight to the point, which in itself is a quite commendable thing, along with that actually being quite useful is the cherry on top. I'm glad I came across this video, thanks a lot.

the stress release is on point, fear of failure causes you to not try but this is the main reason why you keep failing. Perpetual cycle you have to break

It doesnt work if I know that after the 2 minutes the brain normally would continue...

This is an incredible video, and I think that the volume of the music is honestly only serving to take away from the already powerful messaging.

I think for most of these, we can find better and more reliable answers with a quick search, if we invest the same amount of time in learning how to search rather than how to prompt. For finances, languages, or any skill, I would rather go to a blog or KZbin channel of someone experienced, or just go through the corresponding subreddit. There's no lack of good content out there. It is not difficult to look for it. I don't think it's worth using AI chatbots for that.

It's not that I don't want to do the thing. It's just that I really like whatever pointless activity I'm currently doing and I don't want to stop to do something else. I still do it most of the time when I notice though.
