P bass in this situation. Stingray too resonant here.

You didn’t give the stingray a proper chance. The beauty of those basses is the high end and it sounds like you rolled it off. So I think the P bass sounded better in the demonstration but I think the stingray would sound better if you added that beautiful high end Snap that are the strength of stingrays
@mrbungle849311 күн бұрын
Stingray is just perfect for disco, soul, funk music. P bass fits better in pop/rock, especially using the pick.

I believe where the AI music will shine is in visual mediums such as video games, commercials, movies and TV shows. If a scene is placed in a club, few people are paying attention to the music. Also nobody has to worry about rights and royalties.
@mikeydoesmusic15 күн бұрын
I could definitely see that! My parents put on one of the Christmas fireplaces yesterday and I could tell the music was all AI, but they had no idea. Similar concept

Stingray for sure. Leo Fender designed them both, but the Stingray came in the 70’s 10yrs after he left Fender, and he used all his knowledge to improve his original creation. Might not say Fender on it, but it’s the best Fender designed bass out there for sure.
