Great work all round, the score really brought the tension out! Who was the fight / stunt arranger? They deserve credit too for some really nice choreography.

Why do all movies have females treating and talking to males like the males are beneath them? Like the 2nd scene where the slow guy was attempting to wake up the knife-wielding chick with over-aggression issues in the forest. She was downright nasty to him even after he clearly apologized for nothing. Presumably she's "final chick". And what's up with that... Can't a male survive a horror movie or do you filmmakers think audiences can only accept overused stereotypes and tropes??!!!! p.s. And what's up with 99.9% of horror movies that have a black male character that always gets the ax before the end credits?????!!!!!

Secondly… I’m black and the writer-director Aaron Carlson… I also play Bullseye… not all Black people die in my films… just some hahahaha

I just watched both Jason movies today and you guys are KILLIN' IT (pun intended !) Now it's Saturday night, Midnight, and going to watch THE SHAPE, the official name John Carpenter named Michael Meyers. So far you guys make the best fan made movies, Hollywood quality. I will never give away spoilers for people who may have not seen them, but the twists are VERY creative. Got my adult beverage ready and here we go.

I just watched Awaken the Darkness, and absolutely loved it, and was told this is the sequel. High quality film, looks like a Hollywood release and it's actually good, unlike 85% of the horror movies that Hollywood spits out made to scare 9 year olds, and that's about it. OK, it's Saturday and 100 degrees out, so a perfect day to sit inside and watch some NEW Jason !!!

Yesterday was Friday the 13th, September of 2024 and I watched a fan made film, and now watching this one. I love the high value production look so far. It looks like a Hollywood movie. I'm only 10 minutes in and I look forward to the roller coaster ride. I LOVE the Sack Head the best. He was scariest, but you said just wait and see the evolution, I can't wait. I am 55 and was a fan since day one. I saw a double feature in 1982 of Friday the 13th, and Friday the 13th Part II when I was in 7th grade, and couln't sleep for three nights... It was AWESOME !!!

Really great job with the movie! I enjoyed every second of this! The acting was great, the storyline felt paced out well, and the locations were great! Ending part of the movie was very intense action! Loved it! Looking forward to more of your videos! The scene at 1:14:17 was my fav scene! It's more than "I loved seeing Jason lift someone off the ground by the neck easily", but just the emotions the girl put she thought she was going to die. Definitely a step up from the other neck lift scene in your previous film to this story (red head lady). I wish the wide shot (1:14:21) was longer but otherwise, still my fav scene! I'm curious (if it's possible), how this scene was done? I wanna do something like this for my own horror video film one day (maybe even this year? Depends if I have time to do it). Anyways, that's all I have to say. If you want me to say any more specific pros/cons for the movie, I will gladly do so! I hope you can answer my question from above but no worries if you can! I had high expectations for this movie and it showed! 10/10 film! Thank you for bringing this to KZbin! I would be curious to see some BTS footage too!
