That filling would be perfect for stuffed mushrooms. It would also be great just stirred with pene and topped with marinara and mozzarella. You could bake that off like a casserole.

Awesome video. One of the better videos on the Rocbox. 15 seconds is right cause man, any longer and the crust will burn. Do you find the wood burner worth it? I have not bought it yet but hear often it does not really provide wood flavor that anyone can really tell given the 90 second cook time. Thanks for sharing
@TomCostanza8 ай бұрын
Thank you! I noticed a different flavor to be honest when I tasted it. It’s worth it if you only plan to make a few pizzas at a time and it’s a nice day out. You basically have to sit next to the oven the whole time and just keep feeding wood bc it burns so fast. More of a hassle, yes. Worth it, i still think yes. It feels cool to cook a pizza with wood

Pizza looks great! How long does it take to get the oven up to temp with wood vs gas?
@TomCostanza10 ай бұрын
They are both pretty equal as long as you’re on top of putting wood in. Typically 30 min i’d say depending on outdoor temps

Sicilian is more of a deep dish. I dont think there is an Italian style. There is the margherita style which is very popular in Italy and then the New York style

Great job! Being a KZbin cook is NOT for wimps; looks much easier than it is. I’m just now almost to 1K subs and I’ve been at this for 2 years. Whew! My channel is more like a video cookbook on making better food choices. Now…off to make ravioli out of leftover meat I saved from short ribs when making bone broth!

Hmm, you should tried eggs from the farmers market/ straight from a farm. They taste so much better than regular eggs from the store, I’ll use those eggs for something fancy like this. (Or like a fried eggs sandwhich, I keep the cheap eggs for downing in the morning

This is right up my alley! I was at my mom's house a couple of days ago and she made cheesecake, and her electric mixer resisted, and it screamed bloody murder as it mixed. It also struggled because the booster button was not used. The electric mixer is a Hamilton Beach brand and it is a piece of garbage,
@lostinmyspace4910 Жыл бұрын
A Kitchen Aid mixer with the dough hook since you're making a stiff dough would be the right thing to do. And you should've told p[eople why you chill (to stiffen the dough even more when making knots), and shoul've shown people how to tie the knots (yes, people need to be shown every little detail).And to make it easier and more consistent, grab a cookie n your hand, flip it upside down, and dip and swirl each cookie into the frosting, then get it rightside up, place on a tray, and sprinkle away. That spoonmethod is what novices do, but I thank you for the recipe, I will be doing th knots, and you got a THUMBS UP!!!

The best tool to have when baking is a large fork. The extra utensils for serving have a fork for salad. It is a wonderful tool for blending things together.
