Hello , Lesedi thank you for the video . I’ve got a question, how long have you been to Taiwan ? How often have you changed your workplace ? I know everyone’s journey is different, but is it common that schools hire one for a long term ? I know contracts mostly I renewed yearly . How’s the hiring culture like ? I hope I make sense 🙈

The contracts are renewable yearly but I haven’t changed school since being in Taiwan because I’m happy where I am. Ultimately it’s up to you how long you want to stay at a particular school but contracts are renewable.

Firstly, congratulations Mommy🎉🎉 I am currently at gym at least 3* a week, i run 5km and then do strength training, but i was not loosing because my eating habits were wrong, i was inspired to fast by you and i am hoping that will be tje drastic change i needed in order to develop correct eating habits😅
