Hi Don, if you have attempted to reset your Chrome Device and the device returns to a screen prompting you to enter the previous information, the device is likely enrolled in a domain with Force Re-Enrollment enabled. You will need to contact the domain administrator to deprovision the device or remove this restriction. Hi Dawson, There is a way to copy a presentation! You can save your presentation as a template in the editor by clicking the drop down box under the "Push Live" button in the top right corner of the presentation editor, and selecting the "Save Template" option. Give the template a name, and save the template. Back in the Dashboard, under Content > Presentations, create a new presentation and select the templates section. On the left hand side of the template selector, click the My Templates category to see your templates. Your newly created template should show up under this category. Hi Adam, there's a couple things that might be going on. Newer devices released after 2017 have disallowed "stand-alone" kiosk mode in favor of managed kiosk mode through Chrome Enterprise. You will not get the popup to allow automatic kiosk mode after the Ctrl - Alt - K command, if the device is unsupported. Another possibility is that it's pretty easy to miss the Ctrl - Alt - K command, you'll see in the video at 0:30 that you have to press the combination before logging into the device for the first time. If the device is already setup, you'll need to power wash or wipe the device.

The problem was I didn't put it in Kiosk Mode after I powerwashed it. Once you put it in Kiosk Mode (Cntrl+Alt+K) it prompts you with a warning and everything works fine.

Hi Felipe, This is possible! When creating a new presentation there is a checkbox for "Interactive Mode". Leaving Interactive Mode off will allow your pages in the Arreya Editor to cycle through like a playlist. You can set the timing and transitions for each page. This allows you to use the Arreya Editor and all of the available widgets to create your slides in Arreya. To use your device in kiosk mode, ask your administrator for help."
