Great content, as always! I need some advice: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?

This was great, thank you. It’s hard to turn around from giving yourself a hard time to being more positive internally, but I like the reminder that these are all thoughts and not objective measures.

Hi Katy, thank you so much for this feedback. I'm so glad you found it useful. I know it seems hard to be more positive internally, but it does get easier I promise! As you say, the reminder that these are thoughts and not objective measures is key. We need to remind ourselves regularly - I know I do! It takes practise to think differently. But the good news is, that you'll feel yourself get better and better at it.

Wow i've just had so many insights. Love the tip of taking away the need to feel confident and directing the focus towards your ingredients of courage, resources and commitment - love it. Thanks so much for sharing :) :)

Thank you! Glad it was helpful! Thanks for this feedback. I think this is one of my favourite concepts - that confidence is built over time, and that there are so many more useful and accessible emotions to focus on. Hope you've been putting this into practise!

It is so important to mark and celebrate the moment when you achieve a goal, in recognition of what it took to get you there. This video of my book launch is a celebration of commitment, hard work, perseverance, conquering fears and following your passion. What did you do to celebrate your successes this year?
