While MFA is a strong defense mechanism, it is not immune to all attack vectors, especially if the attacker is able to bypass it through social engineering or device compromise. To mitigate this, you should implement a layered security approach that combines stronger MFA methods, contextual access policies, continuous monitoring, and user education. Additionally, adopting more secure forms of MFA, such as hardware keys or biometric factors, can provide a much higher level of assurance that the authentication request was legitimate.

I mean If there is a risky sign and risk is detected and as per the policy to remediate risk it asks for mfa once user does that risk is remediated and the user is no longer shown as risky user. My question is what if the mfa which in this case as I mentioned is mobile notification, what if attackers can comprise this
